Occupant understands that per our Rental Agreement, in order to receive your deposit back the Occupant has given written notice thereof to OWNER AT LEAST TEN (10) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF VACATING UNIT. Under no circumstances will Occupant be entitled to a refund of any or part of the first full month's rent, and, thereafter, if this Rental Agreement terminates other than on the last day of the month, Occupant shall not be entitled to a refund of a pro-rated portion of the rent for the month in which the termination occurred
The premises should be undamaged and broom clean as well as having met all other terms and conditions of this agreement, including the removal of Occupant’s locking device. Occupant is responsible for rental fees as long as Occupant’s locking device is on the unit. The security deposit will be applied to Owner’s repair of any damages or cleaning of the unit if is not left in “move-in” condition. The security deposit will be returned by Credit Card or U. S. Mail within 10 days of termination.
